Most items on Web Clearance will be classified in one of the following conditions:
New & Unopened: Off-the-shelf items available in their original packaging and not yet used. Most commonly, these items have been discontinued by the manufactuer or are Tallyn's closeouts. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
Factory Refurbished: Previously used items recently serviced by the original manufacturer and restrored to the best possible condition. Normally involves the replacement of failed components or upgrades to the most up-to-date components. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
Excellent: Most commonly from a customer trade-in or Tallyn's floor demo, these items have are in complete working order and are undamaged both functionally and cosmetically. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
Very Good: Most commonly from a customer trade-in, these items are in complete working order and in undamaged physical condition, but have been previously put under a professional workload. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
Good: Most commonly from a customer trade-in, these items are in working order, but may have minor functional defects and/or cosmetic defects such as scuffs or wear on external surfaces. We will attempt to detail any and all such defects. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
Used: Most commonly from a customer trade-in, these items are in working order, but may have functional defects and/or heavy cosmetic defects such as scratches or missing components on external surfaces. Heavily Used signifies excessive physical wear. We will attempt to detail any and all such defects. We include a 90-Day parts and labor warranty on these items.
As-Is: These items are offered most commonly for parts or use in a non-professional capacity. They may have significant performance issues or be unable to be repaired or supported if additional issues arise after purchase. These items do not include any warranty and are unreturnable after 15 days.
